ܒܬܪ ܐܘܢܓܠܝܘܢ: ܩܽܘܩܳܝܳܐ

ܝܰܘܡܳܢܳܐ ܐܶܫܬܰܡܠܺܝ ܗ̱ܘܳܐ ܗܰܘ ܫܽܘܕܳܝܳܐ: ܕܶܐܫܬܰܘܕܺܝ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܦܳܪܽܘܩܰܢ ܠܰܫܠܺܝ̈ܚܶܐ ܒܪ̈ܺܝܟܶܐ: ܕܳܐܡܰܪ ܗ̱ܘܳܐ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܕܐܶܢ ܠܳܐ ܐܳܙܶܠ ܐ̱ܢܳܐ: ܦܰܪܩܠܺܝܛܳܐ ܠܳܐ ܐܳܬܶܐ ܠܘܳܬܟܽܘܢ: ܘܟܰܕ ܟܽܠܗܽܘܢ ܐܶܬܟܰܢܰܫܘܗܝ ܝܰܘܡܳܢܳܐ ܐܰܟܶܚܕܳܐ: ܪܽܘܚܩܽܘܕܫܳܐ ܦܰܪܩܠܺܝܛܳܐ ܐܰܓܶܢ ܗ̱ܘܳܐ ܥܠܰܝܗܽܘܢ: ܗܠܠܘܝܐ ܐܘ ܗܠܠܘܝܐ܀

لقد كمُل وعد الرب اليوم الذي وعده لتلاميذه المباركين

حيث قال لهم إن لم أذهب لا يأتيكم المعزي (الروح القدس)

وعندما اجتمع الجميع (التلاميذ) سوية في هذا اليوم، حلَ عليهم الروح القدس المعزي

هاللويا إِو هاللويا.

The promise that our Savior had given to His blessed disciples; on this day is fulfilled

He told them, 'had I not gone, the Comforter (the Holy Spirit) would not come'

as they (apostles) were gathered together today, the Holy Spirit descended upon them

ܠܘܛܰܢܺܝܰܐ: ܐܬܒܩܝܬ ܘܐܚܕܢܝ

بصعود الرب العظيم قطع وعدا مع تلاميذه

انتظروا روح الهداية المعزي الذي من الآب (ينبثق)

فنزل (الروح القدس) مثل ألسنة نار ورسا على كل فردا منهم

وأما شعاعه، منح الشعب الأمي قوة وشجاعة

Our great Redeemer made a promise to His disciples as He was ascending    

"Wait for the Spirit of guidance and comfort who will come (proceeding) from the Father"   
(The Holy Spirit) descends like fiery tongues that was above everyone's head

As far as His radiance; (He) granted the illiterate people strength and bravery  

ܚܘܬܡܐ: ܝܐܐ ܘܙܕܩ

ܪܽܘܚ ܩܽܘܕܫܳܐ ܦܰܪܩܠܺܝܛܳܐ: ܒܗܳܢܳܐ ܝܰܘܡܳܐ ܐܶܫܬܰܕܰܪ:

ܘܶܐܬܦܰܠܰܓ ܗ̱ܘܳܐ ܠܰܫܠܺܝ̈ܚܶܐ: ܘܰܢܦܰܩܘ̱ ܘܰܐܟܪܶܙ ܠܰܣܒܰܪܬܳܐ܀

في مثل هذا اليوم أُرسل الروح القدس المعزي

ووزع على التلاميذ وخرجوا يكرزون البشارة

 The Comforting Holy Spirit, today was sent

And He was divided among the disciples and they went out to preach the gospel (good news)
