ܐܘܢܓܠܝܘܢ: ܠܟ ܡܪܝܐ ܩܪܝܢܢ

ܝܰܘܡܳܢܳܐ ܐܶܣܬܰܠܰܩ ܒܪܳܐ ܕܰܐܠܗܳܐ: ܒܬܶܫܒܽܘܚܬܳܐ ܘܩܳܠܳܐ ܕܩܰܪܢܳܐ: ܐܰܝܟ ܕܶܐܡܰܪ ܕܰܘܺܝܕ: ܘܝܰܒܶܒܘ̱ ܫܽܘܒܚܳܐ ܟܶܢܫܰܝ̈ܗܽܘܢ ܕܰܫܡܰܝܳܢ̈ܶܐ: ܘܰܐܪܺܝܡܘ̱ ܬܰܪ̈ܥܶܐ ܪ̈ܺܝܫܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܕܡܰܠܟܳܐ ܒܗܽܘܢ ܥܳܐܶܠ: ܕܗܽܘ ܐܺܝܬܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܡܳܪܳܗ̇ ܕܬܶܫܒܽܘܚܬܳܐ: ܘܠܶܗ ܣܳܓܕܳܢ ܟܽܠܗܶܝܢ ܒܶܪ̈ܝܳܬܳܐ: ܫܽܘܒܚܳܐ ܠܶܗ ܕܰܒܣܽܘܠܳܩܶܗ ܦܰܪܩܰܢ ܡܶܢ ܛܽܘܥܝܰܝ܀

اليوم اُصعدَ أبن الله بمجد وصوت البوق كما قال داود (الملك)

وهتفت الرتب السماوية مجدا، وارفعنََ أيتها الأبواب رؤؤسكن ليدخل الملك منكنَ

فأنه رب المجد، وله تسجد كل الخليقة

مجدا له الذي بصعوده خلصنا من الضلال

Today the Son of God was ascended with glory and the sound of the trumpet as (king) David said

The heavenly hosts exclaimed glory, "O gate lift up your head to let the King enter through you"

He is the Lord of glory, and to Him every creature will worship

glory, therefore, to him that by His ascension saved us from

being misled

ܠܘܛܰܢܺܝܰܐ: ܐܬܒܩܝܬ ܘܐܚܕܢܝ̱

يا ابن الله في أثناء صعودك جمعت تلاميذك

واصيتهم قائلا أن يجتمعوا في العلية

حتى اصعد إلى ألهي وإلهكم

والروح القدس يأتي ويعلمكم جميع اللغات

  At Your ascension O son of God, You gathered Your disciples

And You commanded them, saying "to remain in the upper room

until I ascend to my God and your God

and the Holy Spirit will descend and teach you in all languages"

ܚܘܬܡܐ: ܐܘ ܥܘܡܪܐ ܕܙܒܢܐ

ܥܰܠ ܛܽܘܪܳܐ ܕܙܰܝ̈ܬܶܐ: ܘܰܥܶܕ ܡܳܪܰܢ ܠܬܰܠܡܺܝܕ̈ܰܘܗ̱ܝ: ܘܰܐܪܺܝܡ ܗܘܳܐ ܐܺܝܕ̈ܰܘܗ̱ܝ ܘܒܰܪܶܟ ܐܶܢܽܘܢ ܟܰܕ ܐܳܡܰܪ: ܦܽܘܩܘ̱ ܬܰܠܡܶܕܘ̱ ܘܰܐܥܡܶܕܘ̱: ܒܰܫܡܳܐ ܕܐ̱ܪܳܙܳܐ ܬܠܺܝܬܳܝܳܐ: ܘܰܣܠܶܩ ܠܰܫܡܰܝܳܐ: ܘܗܳܐ ܝܳܬܶܒ ܡܶܢ ܝܰܡܺܝܢܳܐ܀

تواعد ربنا مع التلاميذ على جبل الزيتون، ثم رفع يده وباركهم قائلا

اذهبوا وتلمذوا جميع الأمم باسم سر الثالوث، ثم صعد إلى السماء وهو يجلس عن اليمين

At Mount Olive, the Lord's rendezvous, He raised His hand and He blessed them; He said,"Go preach and baptize in the name of the sacred Trinity"; then He ascended into heaven, and He is seated at the right hand (of the Father)
